DMCA and Content Removal
LiveCamDirectory respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds promptly to valid takedown requests. LiveCamDirectory does not host any video stream or store performer media: live feeds and thumbnails are served by the cam networks. Where we can act on a listing or an editorial element, we do so without delay.

How to file a notice
If you believe that content surfaced through LiveCamDirectory infringes your rights, send a notice through our content removal form, or email it directly to dmca@livecamdirectory.com. To be actionable, your notice should include: identification of the work concerned, the exact URL where it appears, your contact details, a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them.
What happens next
Valid notices are processed quickly. Where the material is served by a third party network, we will also forward your request or direct you to the network designated agent so the source can be addressed. We may remove or disable access to the listed item while a request is reviewed.
Counter notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notice through the same form, explaining why the material should be restored.
